Do I Get a Proof of My Artwork?
Our production process requires that artwork be approved by the client before the branded merchandise can be created. You will get to see exactly how the final products will look to ensure you’re 100% happy before we go into production.
Can I Get My PMS Colour Matched?
PMS colour-matching is our standard unless otherwise specified. If that is not possible, then the closest available colour will be mapped to your product. Click here if you’d like to view the full PMS Colour Chart. Otherwise, feel free to leave it in the hands of our experts who will select the perfect PMS colours for your conference merchandise. For embroidered items, our team will employ their expertise to choose a thread tone that matches the PMS colours you specify.
No Original Artwork?
If you don’t have artwork available that meets our stringent specifications, we can help you with that too. For a flat rate of $50, your logo will be redrawn to match the format needed. We’ll even give you a copy of the final rendering to use in any future projects as part of the service.
How Can I Send Artwork to You?
To send your artwork, simply click here and follow the prompts. Files up to 6mgb can be sent via this method. If you have a larger file, please contact us, and we’ll arrange an alternative.
Production & Shipping Details
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks from the moment your artwork is approved. This is, however, subject to stock availability. Generally speaking, if you can see an item on our website, we have it in stock. On those rare occasions when an item has sold out before we can restock, we will work with you to find an alternative conference item that fits your timeline and budget requirements.
Delivery and Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide and have a fleet of international carriers at the ready for our customers overseas. If you have a preferred freight company, we’re more than happy to go with your nominated carrier.

We will PMS colour-match unless otherwise stated. If PMS colour-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available colour will be selected. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread colour that closely matches your specified PMS colour.
Haven't Got Original Artwork?
If artwork can't be provided to specification, we can assist with the re-draw of your logo to the most appropriate useable format. We charge $50 to recreate your logo to an acceptable format and we will provide you with a copy of the logo.

Production & Shipping Details
The standard production time to produce sports bags is approximately 2-3 weeks from order and artwork approval subject to stock availability. We make every effort that all merchandise featured on our website are in-stock and ready for branding. However occasionally our stocks are depleted and we will do our best to offer you a comparable sports bag that can be delivered on time and on budget.
